The service was excellent, totally satisfied. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was near to a the Jing'an temple, many restaurants in the Jing'an area and two airports.

The hotel offers a brand-new, nice breakfast with both Chinese and Western options. Our double room was comfy and immaculate. The location is great and unbeatable, with easy access to the temple, subway, shopping mall, train stations.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly large. The staff, particularly Stella Leo in the executive lounge, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
